An annual tradition at the Moses Lake Spring Festival are the parades. The Kiddie Parade starts off first at 6pm at Sinkiuse Square, downtown Moses Lake • Costumes encouraged. • Prizes for best dressed, best decorated 4-wheeler or bike and most patriotic • All participants receive a goodie bag. • Kids walk on 3rd Avenue to to Frontier Middle School, awards will be given out there. Note: our volunteer committee wanted to express our gratitude for our vendors at the park and as a reminder; no bottles of water are to be distributed at McCosh Park, Car Show, or along the parade route for free. Any selling of merchandise, food, or beverages is not allowed at the festival unless otherwise approved as a vendor under the umbrella of Spring Festival’s permit including the Car Show and Parade Route.
